General Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time is at 14:00 HRS, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
  • Early Check In & Late Check out would attract an extra charge of an additional night.
  • The tariff is in Indian Rupees (INR); unless stated otherwise.
  • All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
  • Govt. Taxes will be charged EXTRA, as applicable.

Check in Documentation

INDIAN NATIONALS:

As per Govt. of India regulations, all Indian nationals (adults & children) are required to provide a proof
of identity (photo ID) such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card or Passport, at the time of
check-in.

FOREIGN NATIONALS:

All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check in.


Occupancy Policy

  • Maximum occupancy per room is 3 person including adult or child.
  • Extra Bed / Roll Away Bed will be charged additional.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Standard policy (FIT):

  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival. The Hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
  • Free cancellation, modification will be accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within 30 days of the arrival.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
  • Refunds will attract 10% of administrative charges.

Winter Period: 01 Oct to 19 Dec & 11 Jan to 31 March

  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival. The Hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
  • Free cancellation, modification will be accepted up to 45 days before the Check-in.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within 45 days of the arrival.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
  • Refunds will attract 10% of administrative charges.

Super Peak Period: 20 Dec to 10 Jan

  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
  • Bookings during this stay period (Both nights inclusive) are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended.
  • 100% retention charges will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.

Super Peak Period: 20 Dec to 10 Jan

Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall not charge retention for any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the guests, or that part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event. The Hotel reserves the right to request for a valid document on a case-to-case basis. ‘Niraamaya Retreats’, shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Niraamaya Retreats. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.

Visa Requirements:

  • We kindly request all international travellers obtain a valid visa before planning their arrival in India. It is essential to adhere to the visa requirements and regulations set by the Government of India for entry into the country.
  • To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, it is important to apply for the appropriate visa well in advance of your intended travel dates. Allow sufficient time for visa processing and any additional documentation that may be required.
  • Please note that the responsibility for obtaining a valid visa lies solely with the traveller. Niraamaya Retreats and its associated entities are not responsible for booking cancellations that may arise due to visa-related matters.100% retention charge for cancellations or amendments within 30 days of arrival.

Mandatory Gala Dinner: Join us for an enchanting Christmas Eve experience with a lavish spread of festive delicacies and live entertainment.

Adults: INR 4500 + 18% GST per person
Children (06 y to 11y): INR 3500 + 18% GST per person

Additional Inclusions for New Year’s Eve (31st Dec):

Mandatory Gala Dinner: Welcome the New Year in style with a delightful Gala Dinner featuring gourmet delights, live music, and a festive ambience.

Adults: INR 4500 + 18% GST per person
Children (06 y to 11y): INR 3500 + 18% GST per person
Please note that the cost of the Gala Dinners is not included in the room tariff. These dinners are mandatory for guests staying on the respective dates. The prices mentioned are per person and are subject to 18% GST. During the events, room service and à la carte service will be restricted.

At Niraamaya Retreats Samroha Athirappilly, we welcome your furry companions to join you on your nature retreat. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review our pet guidelines below.

Pet Charges

  • Pet Fee: INR 3,500 + GST per stay
  • Refundable Security Deposit: INR 10,000 payable at check-in
  • The security deposit will be refunded at departure, subject to any damage or additional cleaning charges.

Pet Guidelines

  • Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly rooms, subject to availability.
  • Only small and medium-sized pets weighing up to 15 kg are allowed.
  • A maximum of one pet per room is permitted unless approved by the resort.
  • Guests are required to provide valid and up-to-date vaccination records at the time of check-in.
  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times while outside the room.
  • Pets are permitted in designated lawn areas for walks and exercise.

  • Supervise your pet at all times.
  • Clean up after your pet during your stay.
  • Respect fellow guests and maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Exercise caution while exploring the resort grounds, which are home to native wildlife including monkeys, giant squirrels, and various bird species.
  • Help preserve the natural ecosystem by ensuring your pet does not disturb local wildlife.

Don’ts

  • Pets are not permitted in restaurants, the spa, swimming pool areas, or riverside locations.
  • Aggressive, disruptive, or excessively noisy pets are not allowed.
  • Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms for extended periods.
  • Pets must not chase, provoke, or interact with wildlife found within the property.
  • Any damage caused by pets to resort property, furnishings, or fixtures will be charged accordingly.
