• Valid only for direct bookings made via the official Niraamaya website or authorised reservation channels.
• Offer valid for bookings made between 15 February 2026 and 31 March 2026.
• Stay valid from 01 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 only.
• The 20% additional discount applies to the prevailing brand website rate and is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, or negotiated rates.
• Rates are subject to availability; blackout dates and minimum length of stay may apply during peak periods.
• Complimentary extra bed is applicable for one child up to 12 years, sharing the room with parents.
• Dinner for children aged 6 to 12 years is chargeable at ₹1,000 per child per night, plus applicable taxes.
• Restaurant discount is valid only during the stay, is non-cumulative, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Restaurant discount is not applicable on alcohol.
• Any unused inclusions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• 100% retention applies for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, including no-shows and early departures.
• One-time date amendment is permitted if requested at least 15 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
• No amendments are permitted within 15 days of arrival.
• Any approved amendment must fall within the original promotional stay period.
