• Rate Includes on Double Occupancy: The rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charges will apply for extra persons.
• Extra Person Charges: An additional charge will apply for extra persons staying in the room or villa.
• Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance should be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
• Long Weekend Supplement: A supplement charge applies for stays during long weekends.
• Book and Stay Dates: This package is valid for bookings and stays from 25th March to 30th September 2025.
• Rates are Net Non-Commissionable: All rates mentioned are net and non-commissionable, inclusive of 18% GST.
