Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer valid only for bookings made between 18th – 31st October 2025 for stays until 30th November 2025.
2. Minimum 2-night stay required; the 3rd night is complimentary.
3. Complimentary night must be used during the same stay; cannot be carried forward, redeemed for cash, or applied to future stays.
4. Offer applicable per stay; stays longer than 3 nights do not qualify for extra free nights.
5. Additional nights beyond the 3-night offer will be charged at standard rates.
6. Valid only for Superior Room and Luxury Pool Room Garden View categories.
7. 100% advance payment required to confirm the booking.
8. Non-refundable and non-amendable; no changes or cancellations allowed after booking confirmation.
9. Shikara ride and yoga sessions are group-based and subject to weather conditions.
10. Spa and restaurant discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
11. Taxes are extra.
