Deposit Policy:
- The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
- One time, date change request accepted without Fee up to 07 days before the arrival.
- Date change reservations are not applicable for a refund upon cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation 30 days before the arrival.
- 100% retention charge applies if cancelled within the 30 days of the arrival.
- A 100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, late arrival and Early Departure.
- Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges.
- Amended bookings are not eligible for a refund.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
In the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall not charge retention for any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the Guests, or That part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
However, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Niraamaya Retreats. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
